Job Summary
Prepare and produce detailed M&E and CAD drawings, coordinate with project teams to resolve design issues, and support project management to ensure timely and accurate delivery of M&E construction projects.
Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed mechanical and electrical (M&E) drawings, shop drawings, and As-built drawings to meet project requirements
- Produce accurate CAD drawings following company and client standards
- Collect and assemble data by visiting job sites to take measurements for design completion
- Identify and report system discrepancies and drawing dimensional issues to project teams promptly
- Maintain clear communication with project teams to coordinate drawing responsibilities and manage changes in project schedules, scope, or construction sequence
- Collaborate with engineers and project teams to resolve design issues and participate in site meetings
- Support the Project Manager with ad-hoc duties as assigned
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Degree or Diploma in Mechanical, Civil Engineering, or equivalent with a minimum of 3 years relevant experience in local construction industry M&E projects
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and Microsoft Projects
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects under tight deadlines and pressure
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, responsibly, and self-organized while multitasking

- Work schedule: 5.5 days per week
