M & E Drafter

Responsibilities:

• Assist to produce M&E systems design drawings, shop drawings and as-built drawings
• related to building and interior works
• Assist with site measurements
• Monitor site installation progress and update changes on site
• Prepare and compile AS-Built drawings for submission
• Assist in printing of all drawings as requested by project managers
• Ensure on-time completion of required drawings
• Proficient in 2D & 3D AUTOCAD & other desirable software skills (Autocad Revit, BIM)

Requirements:

. Minimum Engineering Diploma or equivalent

. Mechanical or Electrical Engineering background

. Familiar with local building codes

. Familiar with local submission procedures

. Exposure to ISO / drafting standards

. Be independent, self-motivated, able to work under pressure

. and deliver timely

. Perform as a good team player
