As a BIM M&E Drafter (MNC Company), you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Develop and design the Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) system.

• Perform quantity take-offs for MEP services and prepare all necessary documentation.

• Conduct inspections and testing post-installation to ensure compliance and quality.

• Provide construction drawings, and support testing and commissioning activities during project execution.

• Coordinate with clients, civil contractors, architects, and other M&E contractors to resolve interface issues and address technical queries.

• Design duct sizing through manual calculations and duct sizing software tools.

• Size mechanical ventilation fans, grilles, and diffusers according to project requirements.

• Assist senior modelers in preparing Combined Services Drawings (CSD) and other submission-related deliverables.

• Any other ad hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Diploma or Certificate from BCA BIM modelling course

• Minimum 3-5 years of working experience in BIM M&E or ACMV

• Experience in LTA projects is an advantage
