M&E Coordinator

Job Descriptions:

• To supervise & coordinator M&E work on site.
• Coordination of sub-contractor's M&E work and ensuring the work is on schedule.
• Ensure M&E works are carried out according to specifications / drawings for
• Electrical, ACMV, Plumbing, Sanitary & Fire protection etc.
• Ensure contractor comply with all necessary standards, code of practice and safety regulations.
• Arrange and facilitate RE/RTO inspections.
• To liaise with authorities for the commission of work.
• Attend site meeting as and when required Requirements.
• Other adhoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering recognised by Singapore Professional Engineers Board (PEB) or equivalent with 3 to 5 years of working experience in local construction industry.
• Required Skill(s): Autocad, Microsoft Office
