Job Summary
You will lead the preparation and submission of materials and shop drawings to consultants for approval, control and coordinate Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) works on site, and resolve site issues related to M&E services. You will manage subcontractors work progress and liaise with authorities to ensure successful commissioning of projects.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and submit accurate materials and shop drawings to consultants to secure timely approvals
- Control and coordinate M&E works on site to ensure compliance with project specifications and schedules
- Resolve site-related issues concerning M&E services by collaborating with relevant stakeholders
- Manage subcontractors work and monitor progress to meet project deadlines and quality standards
- Liaise with authorities to facilitate the commissioning and approval of M&E works
Required competencies and certifications
- Completion of M&E coordination course
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel), Microsoft Project, and AutoCAD
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- 2 to 3 years of relevant working experience in the M&E industry
