M&E Coordinator

. Understand main contract and sub-contract requirements.

. Lead and coordinate Combined Services Drawings (CSD) for ACMV, Electrical, ELV, P&S and FPS trades, ensuring compliance with technical and operational requirements.

. Review, prepare and align M&E design drawings with specifications and guidelines identify clashes and resolve coordination gaps with drafting teams.

. Prepare combined services drawings and liaise with consultants, clients and relevant stakeholders.

. Liaise and coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers and specialists to clarify technical and design matters.

. Manage M&E sub-contractors work progress, including drawings, materials, samples and method statements submission and approval.

. Study, coordinate and supervise M&E works with client representatives, consultants and subcontractors on technical matters.

. Ensure M&E works are carried out in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, codes of practice and safety regulations.

. Monitor site installations through regular site walks to verify quality and resolve coordination issues.

. Ensure works are completed on time and within budget.

. Maintain proper documentation, including coordination records, drawings, submissions and site records.

. Attend site meetings as required and perform other related duties assigned to support project delivery.

• Requirements:

• Degree / Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering and / or Specialist Diploma in M&E Coordination will be an advantage.

• Min 2 years or more experience as M&E Coordinator in local construction firm.

• Good knowledge in Singapore standards & requirements.

• Able to work independently with positive attitude.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
