Coordinate with M&E consultant and System-wide service Contractors (SWCs) on project to ensure compliance with M&E specifications and achieve quality aspect of M&E works
Coordinate with M&E sub-contractor for material approval and site installation
Prepare and manage of SWC sign-off drawing and MEP clearance
Site supervision for M&E installation
Attend to System-Wide service Contractor (SWC) coordination meetings and communicate with construction team for smooth site installation.
Understand existing BIM (Revit) and edit BIM model in detail upon request
Assist Design manager on tasks assigned
Requirement:
Degree in Civil Engineering (Building Management or Construction Management or equivalent)
Min. 5 years relevant working experience, preferably with LTA MRT experience
Good knowledge in 2D and 3D CAD drafting using Revit and AutoCAD
Understand M&E specifications/drawings/scope/sequence of work
