As M&E Coordinator, would you like to act as a key player on major projects, and actually make a difference

Our client is one of the leading Building contractors in Singapore. They have a number of current large-scale projects with tenders in place for some of Singapore's most prestigious upcoming projects.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for all M&E aspects of project management functions including planning, execution, monitoring, budgeting, cost control & contracts & administration of all projects.
• Should be able to coordinate & liaise with various related parties including customer, consultants, sub-contractor on site to ensure project requirement are met.
• Assists in planning, controlling and coordinating of mechanical and electrical works
• Able to read mechanical drawings
• Checks discrepancies between project drawings and technical specifications
• Follow up on the progress of the project
• Plan, apply, purchase, install & maintain all Electrical related facilities at site
• Plan, purchase, install & maintain all the machines used at site

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

• Diploma / Degree in Mechanical Engineering / Electrical & Electronics/ or equivalent.
• High-rise Building experience is a MUST.
• Looking for someone with a MECHANICAL base
• MUST have at least 3-5 years experience on Building Construction projects with a Mechanical bias.
• Must have experience working on eitherHDB, Hospital and/or a Commercial Building Project.
• Ability to coordinate and communicate with relevant site people to execute work
• Excellent time management and teamwork skills
• MUST be confident and excellent in networking with people of all levels
• Highly motivated, proactive, lateral thinking and a team player
• Committed to continuous improvement
