M&E Coordinator, Main Contractor

Job Descriptions:

To supervise & coordinator M&E work on site.

Coordination of sub-contractor's M&E work and ensuring the work is on

schedule.

Ensure M&E works are carried out according to specifications / drawings for

Electrical, ACMV, Plumbing, Sanitary & Fire protection etc.

Ensure contractor comply with all necessary standards, code of practice and

safety regulations.

Arrange and facilitate RE/RTO inspections.

To liaise with authorities for the commission of work.

Attend site meeting as and when required Requirements.

Job Requirements:

Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering recognised by Singapore

Professional Engineers Board (PEB) or equivalent with 3 to 5 years of working

experience in local construction industry.

Required Skill(s): Autocad, Microsoft Office
