Responsibilities:
- Review project specifications and technical clarifications
- Responsible for on-site technical & engineering matters and quality checks
- Perform site supervision and co-ordination of M&E works
- Review design M&E drawings and identify discrepancies between M&E, structural, architectural and client's provision
- Ensure all materials used and performed are as per specifications
- Preparation of reports as required
- Liaise with clients, consultants,sub-contractors, suppliers and relevant authorities
- Any other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Relevant Diploma, Degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in the same position
- Able to use Microsoft Project, AutoCAD,
- Experienced in HDB projects will be preferred
