M&E Coordinator ( Main Con / General Building / HDB Project )

. Collaborate with project teams to design and develop efficient mechanical and electrical solutions

. Oversee the installation, testing, and commissioning of M&E systems to ensure compliance with relevant standards and regulations

. Provide technical support and troubleshooting for ongoing M&E operations

. Prepare detailed reports, drawings, and documentation to support project deliverables

. Liaise with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to coordinate project activities

. Continuously explore opportunities to optimise M&E systems and enhance energy efficiency

Requirements

. Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field

. Minimum 3 years of experience in M&E design, project coordination, or system integration

. Strong technical knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical installations

. Proficient in reading and interpreting engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documents

. Familiarity with relevant building codes, regulations, and safety standards
