M&E Coordinator

• Ensure M&E works are carried out according to specifications / drawings
• Inform Project Director / Project Manager on any technical / site problems pertaining to M&E works
• Supervise the progress of M&E works on site
• Coordination of sub-contractor's M&E work and ensuring the work is on schedule.
• Work closely to the clients, consultants and sub-contractors on technical matters
• Supervise and Coordinate M&E services work and work closely with other department staff to meet the project timelines
• Conduct in detailed, M&E coordination with all specialist contractors
• Carry out testing and commission of M&E work Execute mechanical and electrical works in construction
• Supervise day-to-day site works and manage sub-con/in progress production planning & build.
• Handle the project supervision and documentation
• Manage M&E subcontractors submission of method statements, drawings, materials, samples, and work progress

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
• 5 years of working experiences in main-con, preferably in HDB projects
