M&E COORDINATOR

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and coordinate M&E drawings with architectural and interior design plans to avoid clashes.
• Work closely with consultants, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure smooth execution of M&E works.
• Monitor site works to ensure compliance with specifications, safety standards, and local regulations.
• Arrange and attend coordination meetings with design and site teams follow up on outstanding issues.
• Assist in submission to relevant authorities and ensure timely approvals.
• Support testing, commissioning, and handover of M&E systems.
• Maintain documentation such as shop drawings, as-built drawings, and method statements.
