M&E Coordinator

Job Descriptions

• Check all drawings and provisions pertaining to M&E works
• Co-ordinate all M&E sub-contractors work
• Ensure and check all M&E works conform to relevant authorities requirements
• Assist Quantity Surveyor in measuring work done
• Co-ordinate for the commissioning and testing of all M&E works.
• Identify and assess any foreseeable risk arising from the workplace or work processes, minimize environmental impact associated with the construction activities
• Ensure safe work procedures and environmental control measures are implemented at the work site

Job Requirements

• Diploma/ Degree in Electrical / Mechanical or its equivalent
• Minimum 3 years experience in Industrial/Commercial and Institutional projects
• Having Condo/HDB Project experience is an advantage
