Roles & Responsibilities

Job Description

1. Understand the contractual requirements specification and scope of works and ensure subcons / direct work force's works are carried out accordingly.

2. Plan, coordinate and supervise all T&C and coordinate and attend all inspections by RI and various authorities

3. Review M&E subcon's submissions, shop drawings, work schedules, manpower and progress in relation to the Master Programme and contractual requirements and monitoring actual site progress, project planning and catch up programmes where needed

4. Prepare / Plan all drawings required to meet submission deadline

5. Draft plans and detailed drawings from sketch and prepare CSD

6. Supervise, monitor and inspect all M & Eworks to ensure quality of work

7. Provide support and arrange the necessaryrequired inspections

Requirement

1. Degree/Diploma in Electrical/ MechanicalEngineering or Related Fields

2. 3-5 years relevant experience inlocal constructionindustry

3. Good knowledge in local M&E related standards & requirements

4. Good communication and interpersonalskills

5. Well Verse in AutoCad
