- Coordinate M&E works with consultants, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure compliance with project specifications and quality standards.
- Supervise on-site M&E installation activities and support smooth execution of construction works
- Manage MEP clearances and documentation in accordance with approved project plans.
- Participate in coordination meetings and liaise with construction teams to resolve technical and scheduling issues.
- Assist project management and M&E leadership on assigned tasks, including BIM (Revit) model updates and detailing as required.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- At least 5 years of relevant M&E experience with infrastructure/LTA projects.
- Proficient in interpreting M&E drawings, specifications, and construction sequences.
- Team-oriented with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with BIM (Revit) and ability to make model edits is advantageous.
