Job Responsibilities:

Coordinate and manage all M&E works to ensure timely completion, quality standards, and adherence to budget.
Supervise and ensure compliance with safety regulations, codes of practice, and relevant standards during M&E works.
Prepare and submit material and sample submissions for approval.
Review and check construction drawings for discrepancies, defects, or inconsistencies.
Conduct site inspections to monitor progress and quality of work.
Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors, and project teams for seamless coordination on M&E design and construction issues.
Assist with the preparation of E&M niche drawings and temporary design drawings.
Coordinate with the architect and structural consultant for design coordination.
Support the Design Manager and Project Director with urgent M&E-related works.
Attend project meetings, assist in conducting coordination meetings, and document meeting minutes.
Maintain proper document control and filing for all M&E-related documents.
Resolve M&E-related technical issues and discrepancies on site.
Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisors.

Job Requirements:

Degree or Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or a relevant discipline.
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in the construction industry, with a preference for experience in civil projects.
Experience in airport projects is an added advantage.
Strong coordination and communication skills, with a proven ability to manage field staff and technical tasks.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Results-oriented team player with excellent problem-solving skills.
