M&E Coordinator

Job Responsibilities

• Report directly to the Project Manager and M&E Manager and coordinating M&E activities across the project.
• Coordinate all M&E-related issues with the Project Engineer and Architectural Supervisor to ensure smooth workflow and resolve technical discrepancies.
• Coordinate service requirements for both site work and pre-cast production, ensuring timely and efficient execution.
• Schedule work activities, inspections, and ensure that all tasks are completed on time, meeting project deadlines and quality standards.
• Monitor and track the progress of M&E works, providing regular updates to the Project Manager and ensuring alignment with the overall project schedule.
• Ensure all M&E work complies with approved drawings, specifications, safety regulations, and quality standards.

Requirements:

• Degree in Mechanical & Electrical Engineering or related fields PE Board recognized degree is preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in the construction industry, with strong coordination experience in M&E systems.
• Proficient in Autodesk Revit, BIM software, or other relevant M&E design tools.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Knowledge of construction processes, safety standards, and industry best practices related to M&E systems.
