Plan, coordinate, and execute M&E works on site in accordance with project requirements and schedules.
Study and review M&E drawings, and coordinate closely with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and the project team to resolve technical and site issues.
Attend project, coordination, and site meetings with clients, subcontractors, and consultants.
Assist in the preparation and coordination of M&E coordination drawings, and liaise with architectural coordinators and design teams for drawing submissions.
Monitor and track progress of ongoing M&E works against the construction programme.
Coordinate and carry out site inspections to ensure works are in compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and regulatory requirements.
Ensure testing and commissioning activities are carried out on time and meet project requirements.
Ensure quality of M&E works on site is maintained in accordance with standards.
Report and escalate any technical or site issues related to M&E works to the Project Director / Project Manager promptly.
Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by management.
Job Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in landed residential projects with main contractors.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and coordination skills.
Proficient in AutoCAD and familiar with 3D BIM Revit (MEP) and other relevant 3D software.
Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
