Job Description
- $3,500 - $5,500 + Variable Bonus
- A reputable main contractor with a strong track record in HDB, Condo, Landed Property, Commercial & Industrial Buildings.
- 5.5 days - Site Based (Central area/ West area)

Responsibilities
- Coordinate and oversee all on-site M&E technical and engineering matters.
- Monitor project progress, coordinate site activities, and resolve technical issues to ensure adherence to project schedules.
- Prepare and submit project progress and status reports.
- Coordinate M&E design details, drawings, and construction requirements with relevant stakeholders.
- Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and project team members on technical matters.
- Ensure all M&E works are carried out in accordance with project specifications, contractual requirements, and company quality standards.
- Supervise M&E works and ensure timely completion of project milestones.
- Maintain proper coordination among different disciplines to ensure smooth project execution.
- Work effectively in a fast-paced construction environment.
