Assist in review project specifications and technical clarifications

  • Identify/check drawing discrepancies
  • Prepare method statements, material requisition,
  • Project planning & supervisions, M&E cost control
  • Project documentation, drawings updating, CSD
  • Coordinate with clients representatives, consultants and sub- contractors on technical matters & proposals
  • Inspections of work by sub-contractors, ensure timely and smooth progress of works
  • To ensure proper quality and safety regulations are complied

Requirements

  • Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or equivalent
  • Minimum 3 years working experience in building construction industry
  • Proficient in AutoCAD, BIM knowledge will be an added advantage
  • Organized, independent and highly motivated
