M&E Coordinator cum Drafter

Job Description

Assist in review project specifications and technical clarifications

. Identify/check drawing discrepancies

. Prepare method statements, material requisition,

. Project planning & supervisions, M&E cost control

. Project documentation, drawings updating, CSD

. Coordinate with client's representatives, consultants and sub- contractors on technical matters & proposals

. Inspections of work by sub-contractors, ensure timely and smooth progress of works

. To ensure proper quality and safety regulations are complied

Requirements:

. Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or equivalent

. Minimum 3 years working experience in building construction industry

. Proficient in AutoCAD, BIM knowledge will be an added advantage

. Organized, independent and highly motivated
