M&E Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed M&E work schedules aligned with the project master schedule to ensure timely execution
• Monitor and review shop drawings and material submissions to maintain project standards and timelines
• Verify M&E drawings for compliance with authorities requirements to ensure regulatory adherence
• Identify and report discrepancies or conflicts between M&E drawings and architectural or structural elements to prevent design issues
• Prepare comprehensive progress reports to track project milestones and inform stakeholders
• Coordinate effectively between sub-contractors and the project team to facilitate smooth work delivery and resolve design and construction challenges
• Oversee installation activities to ensure alignment with coordinated plans and quality standards
• Conduct inspections and testing of building works, documenting inspection records for verification by RE/RTO
• Follow up on rectification work and other necessary tasks to maintain project quality and compliance
• Ensure all sub-contractors submit drawings as per coordination requirements to support project continuity
• Guide M&E supervisors on site to align site work with coordinated plans and project objectives
