M&E Coordinator (Construction)

Salary: Up to $5,000
Work Location: Clients Sites (Taxi fares claimable)
Working Hours:

. Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

. Saturday: 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM (5.5-day work week)

We are seeking an experienced M&E Coordinator to oversee and manage all Mechanical & Electrical works for our construction projects. This role is ideal for someone with a strong technical background and site coordination expertise.

Responsibilities:

. Coordinate and supervise all Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) works on-site

. Review and ensure technical drawings (M&E, architectural, structural) are accurate and aligned

. Liaise with consultants, subcontractors, and project teams to resolve site issues

. Plan, schedule, and monitor M&E activities to meet project timelines

. Ensure all works comply with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements

. Conduct inspections, testing, and commissioning of M&E systems

. Assist with procurement of M&E materials and equipment

Requirements:

. Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (recognised by relevant authorities)

. Possess 3-5 years of experience in the construction industry, with site coordination exposure

. Familiarity with building codes, construction practices, and M&E systems

. Experience in AutoCAD / Revit MEP /Auto Revit MEP is an added advantage

. Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
