Job Description & Requirements
To prepare M&E works schedule based on the project master schedule
- To monitor the shop drawings and material submission
- To check & verified that M&E drawing is compliant to authorities requirements
- To check M&E drawings and highlight if there are discrepancies and/or conflicts with the architectural and structural elements
- To prepare progress report
- To coordinate between sub-contractors and project team to ensure smooth delivery of work including resolution of design and construction issues
- To monitor the installation work as per coordinated
- Responsible in conduct inspection &/or testing of building works and documented inspection records upon verification by RE/RTO
- Follow up on necessary rectification work & other follow up tasks
- To monitor all sub-contractor to provide drawing as per coordinated
- To guide M&E supervisor on site work as per coordinated
Job Requirements
- Degree / Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering and / or Specialist Diploma in M&E Coordination will be an advantage
- Min 5 years or more experience as M&E Coordinator in local construction firm.
- Good knowledge in local standards & requirements
- Able to work independently with positive attitude
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
