M&E Coordinator

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate all M&E trades (Mechanical, Electrical, Fire, Plumbing, ELV, BMS).
• Manage M&E coordination drawings / BIM models and resolve clashes.
• Coordinate M&E works with architectural, structural and civil trades.
• Review and coordinate shop drawings, method statements and material submissions.
• Attend and minute M&E coordination meetings.
• Identify potential site issues early and propose coordination solutions.
• Monitor site progress and ensure works follow approved drawings.
• Liaise with consultants, subcontractors and suppliers on technical matters.
• Support statutory inspections and authority requirements (BCA, SCDF, PUB, SP Group).
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirement:

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or Building Services.
• Minimum 3 years M&E experience in large building or infrastructure projects.
• Proven experience in large-scale projects (arena, stadium, convention centre, airport, hospital preferred).
• Good knowledge of ACMV / HVAC systems, Electrical & ELV systems, Fire protection systems, Plumbing & drainage and BMS integration.
• Able to read and interpret M&E drawings and specifications.
• Will be stationed at West office and move to Bayfront site office when ready.
