M&E Coordinator

Job Description:

• Assist Project Manager in supervision and coordination of all MEP services and complete within the program
• Liaise with clients and consultants on work progress
• Attend progress/site/MEP meeting
• Understand the main contract and sub-contract requirement
• Review and align M&E design drawings to ensure compliance with specification and guidelines
• Manage M&E sub-contractors work progress, drawings, materials, samples, method statements submission and approval
• Ensure M&E works are carried out according to specifications/drawings
• Ensure testing and commissioning are done on time
• Ensure good quality of works on site

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering/Building Services/Environment Engineering or any relevant qualification
• Minimum 3 years in Singapore construction projects
• Positive attitude and a team player
• Detail oriented and excellent organisation skills
• Familiar with Autocad & Revit
