BIM Coordinator

Job Description - MEP BIM Coordinator

. Coordinate MEP BIM models using Revit/Navisworks and ensure alignment with other disciplines.
. Perform clash detection and resolve coordination issues.
. Maintain BIM models in compliance with Building and Construction Authority (BCA) standards.
. Prepare shop drawings, BIM submissions (CORENET), and as-built models.
. Support site team and liaise with consultants and contractors.

Job Requirements

. Diploma/Degree in Engineering or related field.
. 3-8 years of MEP BIM coordination experience.
. Proficient in Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD.
. Familiar with BCA BIM requirements and local submissions.
. Good coordination and communication skills.
