M&E Coordinator

Primary Responsibility: Coordination of all M&E systems

Job Scope

. Coordinate electrical, ACMV, plumbing, sanitary, fire protection, and ELV services.

. Review M&E shop drawings and technical submissions.

. Conduct coordination and clash resolution meetings.

. Ensure M&E installation follows project requirements.

. Coordinate services routing with structure and architecture.

. Manage authority inspections and testing activities.

. Monitor M&E progress and readiness for commissioning.

. Coordinate system handover activities.

Salary Range: $3,000 - $4,500 per month

Requirements

. Degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.

. Relevant experience in HDB construction projects as an M&E / MEP Coordinator.

. Proficient in AutoCAD and able to read and interpret M&E drawings.
