Our client is a leading A1 main contractor in Singapore, with a strong track record in delivering large-scale residential, commercial, institutional and mixed-use developments. What you will do

Oversee and coordinate M&E works across multiple projects during construction, completion and the Defects Liability Period (DLP).
Review and follow up on shop drawings, O&M manuals, material submissions, method statements and related documentation.
Coordinate M&E system training, inspections and maintenance schedules in accordance with contractual and regulatory requirements.
Monitor work progress and ensure compliance with TOP requirements, project specifications, quality and safety standards.
Identify and resolve M&E-related defects, technical issues and site challenges, ensuring timely rectification with project teams and subcontractors.
Liaise with clients, consultants, authorities, subcontractors and other stakeholders to ensure effective coordination.
Lead and participate in project coordination, progress, defect management and technical meetings.
Conduct site inspections and prepare reports on M&E progress, defects and rectification works, while undertaking other duties as assigned.

What you will need

Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Building Services Engineering or a related discipline.

Minimum 5 years of relevant M&E coordination experience in Singapore's building construction industry

Good knowledge of M&E systems, building services coordination and local statutory requirements.
