. Earn a monthly salary ranging from 3800 to 4500 for this full-time position.
. Develop and maintain detailed mechanical and electrical BIM models using Autodesk Revit software.
. Perform technical clash detection and coordination between various building services using Navisworks.
. Generate accurate shop drawings, construction documentation, and as-built records for active projects.
. Analyze technical engineering drawings and service specifications to ensure project standards compliance.
. Collaborate with engineering teams to resolve design conflicts and site implementation issues effectively.
. Hold a diploma or degree in mechanical, electrical, or building services engineering.
. Possess professional BIM certifications and relevant experience in the construction modeling industry.
