About the Company

Our client is an established Singapore-based specialist in Air-Conditioning and Mechanical Ventilation (ACMV) solutions, with over two decades of industry experience.

As the company continues to grow its project portfolio, they are looking for an M&E Assistant Project Engineer to join their team.

About the Role

You will support the project team in the coordination and execution of ACMV/M&E projects, working closely with clients, consultants, main contractors and subcontractors to ensure projects are delivered according to requirements and timelines.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and submit product catalogues, technical data, shop drawings, method statements and O&M documentation to clients.
Prepare daily reports and provide updates on project progress.
Monitor site works to ensure they are carried out according to project scope, schedule and requirements.
Coordinate with subcontractors, main contractors, consultants and clients on project matters.
Participate in testing and commissioning activities.
Assist with project handover and preparation of O&M documentation.

Requirements

Minimum Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
Candidates with 1-2 years of relevant construction, M&E or ACMV experience will be advantageous.
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Knowledge of ACMV (Air-Conditioning, Mechanical Ventilation and Refrigeration) will be an advantage.
Strong organisational and documentation skills.
Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a project team.
Willing to work on project sites and attend meetings as required.

Working Hours

Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Saturday: 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM
5.5-day work week

Working Location

West, Singapore

Salary

SGD $3,000 - $5,000 per month
