M & E Technician

Job Description

Duties & Responsibilities:

General repair and maintenance of Electrical, Plumbing, Sanitary systems, Air-conditioning, Ventilation system, Mechanical Equipment and Fire protection system etc

Perform preventive maintenance work & carry out duty on modification and installation of M&E equipment and appliances

Attend to guests and tenants complaints

Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least NTC 3 / NITEC in Electrical/ Mechanical Engineering/ Building Services or equivalent

1 year of relevant experience in hospitality preferred

Entry level ITE candidates are welcome to apply as we will offer training

Able to commit to shifts, weekends and public holidays
