Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Carry out installation, servicing, maintenance, and repair of mechanical and electrical systems
- Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance works
- Troubleshoot and rectify electrical and mechanical faults efficiently
- Support testing, commissioning, and handover of M&E systems
- Ensure all works are carried out in accordance with safety regulations and company procedures
- Prepare basic service reports, checklists, and job records
- Coordinate with supervisors, engineers, and site teams to ensure timely completion of works
- Attend to ad-hoc repair works and emergency breakdowns when required
- Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in good condition
Job Requirements
- Relevant certifications (e.g. Electrical Worker Licence, BCA, safety courses) will be an advantage
- Minimum 1-2 years of relevant M&E working experience (fresh graduates may be considered)
- Basic knowledge of electrical wiring, mechanical systems, and M&E equipment
- Ability to read basic drawings, schematics, and technical instructions
- Willing to work on-site and overtime when required
- Physically fit and able to perform hands-on work
- Team player with good attitude and willingness to learn
