M&E Quantity Surveyor

Responsibility

• Fully handle Preparation and Submission of Tender for M&E systems
• Evaluate Tenders and cost estimates
• Handle and ensure accurate Tender BQ
• Sourcing and comparing of cost and pricing
• Preparing and submission of Tenders and contract documents
• Study tender specifications and drawings
• Identify and prepare variation orders

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Advanced or Higher or Graduate Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical), Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
• At least 3 Years of working experience in Mechanical QS and knowledgeable in market unit rate.
• 5 days work week (Alternate Saturday)
• Positive working attitude
• Meticulous and detailed in work
