Job Description

Coordinate across structural, architectural, and M&E disciplines to identify and address drawing discrepancies.
Liaise with consultants, subcontractors, and project teams on technical submissions and site coordination matters.
Monitor M&E subcontractors progress to ensure works are completed according to project schedules and specifications.
Support the execution of M&E works, including shop drawing coordination, testing & commissioning, and site issue resolution.

Requirements:

Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Building Services, or equivalent.
At least 3 years of M&E coordination experience within the construction industry, preferably with Addition & Alteration (A&A) project experience.
Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
