Our client, a well-established mid-tier accounting & advisory firm in Singapore, is looking for an experienced M&A Tax Senior Manager / Director to join their growing Tax Advisory practice.

This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a senior leadership role, working directly with partners and advising both local and international clients on M&A transactions, restructurings, and cross-border investments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage M&A tax engagements, including due diligence and deal structuring.
• Provide strategic advice on Singapore and international tax implications of transactions.
• Mentor and develop junior team members.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships with corporates and private equity firms.
• Support business development initiatives and contribute to the growth of the practice.

Ideal Profile:

• 812 years experience in M&A tax within professional services or corporate advisory.
• Professional qualification (CA, CPA, CTA, or equivalent) preferred.
• Strong technical knowledge of Singapore corporate tax and cross-border tax considerations.
• Proven track record in leading deal-related tax engagements.
• Commercially minded with excellent communication and leadership skills.
