M&A Manager, TMT

This is an excellent opportunity to join an emerging digital infrastructure and connectivity platform with exciting plans to scale their regional footprints. The platform is looking for a seasoned M&A leader to supercharge their growth and development across the region.

Role

Working closely with CEO, you will play a key role in identifying, evaluating and executing acquisitions, investments, joint ventures and strategic partnerships that can accelerate the growth of the platform across digital infrastructure, telecommunications and connectivity. You will manage the end-to-end transaction process, including market and target screening, financial modelling and valuation, investment analysis, transaction structuring, due diligence, negotiations and preparation of investment papers for senior management, Board and shareholder approval. You will also assess the strategic and commercial rationale of opportunities, coordinate internal stakeholders and external advisers, and support post-acquisition integration and value creation initiatives.

Experience

Ideally, you have 6 - 10 years of experience, gained within investment banking, corporate development/M&A and/or transaction advisory. You would demonstrate:

• Strong transaction execution experience within digital infrastructure, connectivity and/or enterprise telecommunications.
• Excellent financial modelling, valuation and investment analysis capabilities.
• Confidence working directly with senior management, shareholders, advisers and potential transaction counterparties.

To succeed in this role, you will be described as commercial, enterprising and hands-on.
