We are working with a well-backed infrastructure firm that is looking for a Manager/VP level hire to support on evaluating M&A deals and transaction execution within the region.
Responsibilities:
- Support the screening and evaluation of equity investment opportunities.
- Build and maintain financial models, valuation analyses, and investment committee materials for new and existing investments.
- Assist with due diligence, deal execution, and transaction documentation for acquisitions.
- Work closely with internal teams, investors, advisors and external counterparties on transaction execution and ongoing investment support.
- Contribute to post-investment monitoring, reporting and analysis for the portfolio.
Qualifications:
- 5-8 years of experience in investment banking in TMT M&A or been in a big 4 with exposure to TMT deals.
- Strong expertise in financial modeling
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to work with senior management and clients.
