Job Summary
This full-time, on-site Luxury Sales Advisor role in Singapore involves assisting customers, conducting sales transactions, managing inventory, and supporting the team to deliver outstanding service in a luxury retail environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist customers by responding accurately to inquiries and providing product information to enhance their shopping experience
- Conduct sales transactions in compliance with regulatory requirements to ensure smooth and lawful operations
- Build and maintain lasting relationships with clientele to encourage repeat business and customer loyalty
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of luxury goods industry trends and product details to advise customers effectively
- Manage inventory by organizing stock and supporting stocktaking activities to maintain accurate records
- Collaborate with team members to achieve individual and team sales targets in a fast-paced retail setting
- Demonstrate attention to detail and organizational skills to maintain store presentation and operational efficiency
- Apply negotiation skills to close sales and maximize revenue opportunities
- Adapt proactively to changing priorities and customer needs to contribute to a dynamic work environment
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Experience or passion for retail or luxury goods industry to better understand customer expectations and product value
