Luxury Retail Supervisor (Fashion/ Retail/ Central Area)
. Location: Central Area
. Working Hours: 5 Days work week (including 1 Weekends off)
. Salary: Base salary + Commission (Gross up to $6,000 with Commissions) + AWS
Responsibility:
- Drive sales performance and deliver exceptional luxury customer service.
- Supervise daily store operations, including merchandising and inventory control.
- Lead, motivate, and support the retail team to achieve targets.
- Train and coach staff on product knowledge and selling skills.
- Handle customer feedback and resolve issues professionally.
- Monitor sales performance and prepare basic reports.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and brand standards.
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirement:
- Minimum 6 years of retail sales experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role, preferably within the luxury retail industry
- Strong capabilities in store operations, sales & customer service, team management, and staff training
- Dependable, with a strong sense of responsibility and excellent problem-solving skills
- Able to perform effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic retail environment
- Proficient in basic computer skills and retail systems
- Able to commit to retail hours (including weekends and public holidays).
- Availability to start on short notice or immediately is preferred.
