Our client specializes in the purchase of pre-owned luxury brand goods and is currently seeking a dedicated and service-oriented Luxury Retail Store Executive to join their team.
Responsibilities
- Assist walk-in customers by introducing and selling luxury products.
- Photograph customer-brought items using a smartphone and send the images to the company's appraisal department.
- Communicate appraisal results and propose appropriate purchase prices to customers based on the evaluation.
- Coordinate the overseas export of purchased products, ensuring proper documentation and compliance with regulations.
- Provide translation and interpretation support to facilitate smooth store operations and effective communication.
- Oversee day-to-day store operations to ensure a seamless and pleasant customer experience.
- Prepare and submit regular performance and activity reports to the Japanese headquarters.
Requirements & Preferences
(Must)
- At least a Diploma in any field
- At least 2 years of sales experience in a related industry
- Strong communication skills with a professional and customer-oriented approach
