Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our luxury boutique in Singapore. The role involves both in-store sales and supporting online customer enquiries, while assisting with promotional activities and social media engagement.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide professional and friendly customer service in the shop
- Assist customers with product selection and sales transactions
- Handle online customer enquiries via messaging platforms and social media
- Support daily store operations and visual merchandising
- Assist with promotional campaigns and marketing activities
- Participate in basic social media content support and customer engagement
- Maintain product presentation and store cleanliness ,and sku management
Requirements
- Prior experience in retail sales or customer service preferred
- Able to communicate in English for daily customer interactions
- Interest in fashion, luxury goods, or designer brands
- Positive attitude with good interpersonal and communication skills
- Comfortable interacting with customers both offline and online
- Basic familiarity with social media platforms is a plus
- Female candidates are preferred

- Experience in luxury retail, fashion retail, or jewellery
- Experience in livestream sales or online retail platforms
Compensation:
- Basic salary plus commission
