As a Luxury Client Development & Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for planning and executing impactful clienteling strategies and personalized client engagement initiatives in Singapore, aimed at acquiring new clients and deepening relationships with existing ones.
Responsibilities:
- Conducting business analysis and performance reporting to provide insights on client behavior, project outcomes, and commercial impact
- Collaborating with retail and sales teams to optimize in-store client experiences, including appointment planning and service strategy
- Developing and executing innovative event strategies to enhance brand visibility and deliver memorable customer interactions
- Managing the end-to-end planning and execution of key client-facing events, conferences, and brand activations
- Coordinating with internal departments and external partners to ensure smooth and on-brand event delivery
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with high-value clients, leveraging insights to tailor personalized experiences
- Evaluating the success of marketing and event initiatives through performance data and post-event analysis
- Working cross-functionally with the broader marketing team to align events with overall brand and campaign strategies
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience in client relationship marketing within the luxury retail or fashion industry
- Demonstrated success in planning and executing high-profile brand events and client experiences
- Proficient in using CRM software
- Deep understanding of the Singapore luxury market and familiarity with the local client base
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to interact positively and professionally at all levels
