[LTA-VS] PRINCIPAL / SENIOR / EXECUTIVE, ROAD TAX & LAY-UP

What the role is

What you will be working on

You will be part of a team responsible for administering road tax matters, helping to ensure the timely and accurate collection of vehicle taxes and fees.

In this role, you will handle a variety of cases and engage directly with members of the public through phone calls and written correspondence. You will assess and process transactions, verify information across different systems, and apply relevant policies and procedures to address different customer circumstances.

You will also support road tax enforcement work, including the accurate preparation and issuance of Court notices, as well as the monitoring and reporting of operational statistics.

Beyond day-to-day operations, you will have opportunities to contribute to process and service improvements, including business process reviews and user testing of systems to enhance the delivery of LTA's services.

What we are looking for

• Knowledge in any discipline
  Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Word and Excel
• Customer-focused, with good interpersonal and communication skills
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Organised and meticulous, with good attention to detail
• Good analytical skills and comfortable working with numbers
• Candidates with relevant working experience may be considered for senior roles
