[What the role is]
DEPUTY MANAGER / MANAGER, TECHNOLOGY, OPERATIONS POLICY AND STRATEGY[What you will be working on]
Join us to solve complex problems, shape policy and transform Singapore's road operations, specifically on road asset maintenance, traffic management, as well as enforcement and compliance. You will influence national-level operational policies, champion innovation and work with stakeholders across the organisation to keep Singapore moving safely and efficiently.
What You'll Do
. Develop, review and implement policies for road asset maintenance, traffic management, enforcement and compliance.
. Assess emerging operational challenges and recommend practical interventions that balance operational effectiveness, public needs and organisational objectives.
. Review frameworks and processes to keep them relevant, effective and future-ready.
. Leverage technology, data, new operating models and global best practices to improve policy effectiveness, operational efficiency and service delivery.
. Drive strategic and transformation initiatives that strengthen LTA's road operations capabilities.
. Partner stakeholders across divisions to align policies, processes and operational priorities.
. Engage senior management, secure buy-in and represent the division in cross-functional workgroups and forums.

[What we are looking for]
We seek a curious, analytical and motivated individual who can turn complex issues into practical solutions. You should possess:
. Knowledge in any discipline with 2 years of experience working.
. Relevant experience in policy, strategy, operations, programme management or a related field will be a bonus.
. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with sound judgement and the ability to develop practical, evidence-based recommendations.
. Excellent writing, presentation, communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
. Ability to work independently and collaboratively, with a growth mindset and interest in innovation and technology.
