What you will be working on
Drive groundbreaking projects and technological discovery and assessment inidentifyingsolutions such as Video analytics (VA)/Artificial Intelligence (AI) to maximise the efficiency of work processes
Stakeholder engagement to gather of user requirements from multiple parties and mapping out of operationaland integration acrossthe various workstreams
Planning and design through the creation of user interfaces and dashboards for KPI tracking/reporting
Agile project management to ensure project timelines are met, including assessment and prioritising of requirements
Managing change in driving user adoption and continuous improvement
You will alsobe requiredto apprise senior management and MOT the transformation plans, and to seek approval and resources for the projects.

Able to work under pressure in a very fast-paced working environment
Resourceful and able to juggle multiple deadlines
Strong writing and communication skills
Understanding ofagile processes, design thinking will be a bonus
