Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role located in Singapore, with opportunities for remote work, as a Programme Manager / Senior Project Officer / Project Management Office Assistant. The role includes managing and coordinating projects, monitoring timelines and deliverables, supporting project development, and liaising with stakeholders to ensure successful implementation. Additionally, the position involves preparing reports, maintaining project documentation, and supporting resource allocation and risk management for smooth project operations.

Qualifications

  • Project management skills, including planning, execution, and risk assessment
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities to effectively manage multiple tasks
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder coordination and team collaboration
  • Proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Office, project management software, and other digital tools
  • Attention to detail and proven ability to maintain thorough and accurate project documentation
  • Experience in resource allocation and financial budgeting is a strong advantage
  • Familiarity with Agile or other project management methodologies is preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Information Technology, or a related field
  • PMP or relevant certifications will be considered an asset
