What the role is

What you will be working on

This project offers trainee the unique opportunity to contribute (through gamification) in the development of an educational board game, aimed at raising public awareness about the real-world challenges of constructing commuter infrastructure such as sheltered linkways, cycling paths, pedestrian bridge lifts, and bus stops in Singapore.

Project tasks could include the following:
- Game Design & Development
- Content & Scenario Crafting
- Visual & Graphic Design
- Marketing & Outreach Strategy
- Project Coordination & Documentation

As part of the training, the trainee would be exposed to elements of civil engineering, urban planning, stakeholder engagement and project management.

What we are looking for

The trainee should preferably have interests and attributes in:
- construction of transport/commuter infrastructure amidst urban planning constraints
- developing logic-based systems and board/digital game mechanics
- creative writing, user-experience storytelling and stakeholder empathy
- working with interdisciplinary teams and
- undertaking iterative design processes.
