[LTA-IDE] PRINCIPAL/ SENIOR/ LAND EXECUTIVE, LAND

[What the role is]

[What you will be working on]

• Assist in the planning, coordination, and management of land acquisition and securing of land for transport infrastructure projects.

• Advice on land-related matters, budgeting and ensure alignment with regulatory policies and development guidelines.

• Utilize Geospatial Information Systems (GIS) to manage, analyze, and visualize spatial data related to land and infrastructure assets.

• Maintain and update land and geospatial databases, maps, and related documentation.

• Liaise with government agencies to resolve land-related matters.

[What we are looking for]

• Knowledge in Real Estate, Land Management, Urban Planning, Geography, Geomatics, or a related discipline.

• Experience with AutoCAD/Microstation software

• Knowledge and hands-on experience in GIS software (e.g., ArcGIS, QGIS) and spatial data analysis will be an advantage.

• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

• Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

• Prior experience in land management, planning, or public sector projects will be an advantage.
